Bracken Engineering is a structural engineering firm that provides consulting
services for Commercial, Residential, Municipal, Industrial, Agricultural, and Costal
Properties. Our professional staff is expert in structural assessment, design,
restoration, disaster response and forensic applications. We provide engineering
expertise that addresses public safety, cost and risk management issues for insurance,
legal, construction and the real estate industries. We know that structural issues
resulting from sinkholes, fires, hurricanes, tornadoes, severe weather, explosions,
construction defects, and improper design can be financially devastating whether you or
your clients own or rent a property. As one of the leading members of the Florida
Structural Engineering Society and the Florida Association of Sinkhole Stabilization
Specialists, and more 20 other professional associations, Bracken Engineering has a

| OUR HISTORY |

In 1996, Mr. William C. Bracken founded Bracken Engineering, Inc. in Tampa, Florida.
Originally located in Downtown Tampa, Bracken Engineering started with a staff of 3,
which included Mr. Bracken as the only engineer.
Today, Bracken Engineering has grown to a staff of more than 25, including
engineers, contractors, building officials, inspectors, structures specialists,
technicians and administrative support staff. While our main office has remained in
Tampa, we support satellite offices throughout the central and eastern United States.
Our growth and success are an indication of our commitment to quality and ethical
business practices. Our collaborative and respectful work environment have earned us
an honorable mention in the "Best Structural Engineering Firms To Work For"
contest by Structures Magazine.
